StrideLinx Portal

Anyone else having any problems connecting to devices? All was working good a couple of weeks ago. But today the portal keeps telling me to install the client, but the StrideLinx VPN client is running on my PC. I can connect with Prod software but can not connect with the portal???

    This morning, I tried again with Chrome and after updating the VPN Client it works again.

    Well this seems to be a problem with the SrideLinx portal. Does the same on my laptop.

    No issues, currently connected to Productivity PLCs via Portal.

     

    There was a recent update that required a new client download.

    But I can go with Productivity and log in and connect. But that does not work with a Click.

    Ok just figured out it's Chrome. I tried Edge all works as it should.

    Thanks daakers for posting this solution which saved me some time today. I hope that the issue with Chrome can be fixed though.

     

    This makes the 3rd situation in which Google has crippled my work flow by "protecting me" from accessing things I definitely need to access.

    I'm on Version 106.0.5249.119 of Chrome??
