I upgraded the C-more software to 6.74 and the USB connection cannot be made. I was able to connect through the Ethernet port but not the USB port. I suspect the driver is not linked to the software. I run the driver application and I get a message about not able to verify version?
What is the best way to fix this? Uninstall all versions and re-install the 6.74 only?
Can you post a screenshot of the error you are receiving?
What version of C-more did you upgrade from?
Do you the the device listed in Device Manager? (If yes, please post screenshot of that also.)
The upgrade was from 6.73 to 6.74. Yes I see the driver in the device manager.States it is working correctly:

I would uninstall 6.74 and try the below:
That fixed it! Uninstall all versions. Then when I re-install 6.74 version, make sure to check mark the USB update box and restart computer. I think I did not check that box on the upgrade install and the USB driver was still connected to the old 6.73 version that I later un-installed. I generally, like to keep the last version installed just in case, but I had to remove them all this time.
