SelfHealingMachines (Customer) asked a question.

How to make IO-Link sensor cables not look cluttered.

I have IO-Link modules and cables. I hate the look of cables out in the wild. Does anyone have examples on how they make the IO-Link runs look good when each sensor is further away from each other on an 8 port. I don’t like to clutter up the machines and don't like conduit ran on the ground either. I love IO-Links capabilities. Just not the look of cables everywhere. If anyone has any pics or examples that would be great! Thank You,

I use a lot of Panduit 'push rivet cable tie mounts' for externalk cable bundiling where I don;t need to protect the cable or electrically isolate or shield them.

You drill a 5mm hole and then push the rivet in the hole which leaves you with a wedge that you can

    ziptie to.

I don't have a lot of time to do the wiring on machines that I wire and program so these work well.

UR, nice! I've used a few 7's and 3's. Will be quoting a project using a 10E. I've networked the 7 and 3'sl to P2K's for control but the 10E will be to BRX.
