You should test with a dedicated power supply to the panel and make sure it has a good connection to ground. Does there seem to be any pattern to when this occurs or does it seem to be random?
Is there an error displayed on the panel?
Can you provide your PLC and HMI projects?
Network topology: A description of the ethernet network these devices are connected to. Is it just a single switch or is this a company network including multiple switches and routers?
The more detail you can provide, the better.
I have the same issue with the Cm5-T7W, that works but sometimes it freeze and i need turn off it.
