Is anyone having wireless mouse issues with the latest 2 versions of Productivity Suite?

In the last 2 versions, I am struggling with my mouse. I have 3 laptops. All are Lenovo. The oldest has Productivity 4.2.0.39 as the latest version installed, in a WIN7 environment, with internal trackpad and wireless mouse installed. This machine has been deprecated, and I can't even put it on our network. I do use it, from time to time, to keep me from having to call IT for an IP change every, single time I need to plug in to a different machine. I have the exact, same software on laptop numbers 1 and 3, but they're just older versions. cRockwell, Keyence, AD (including DirectSoft, PS, Click, C-More, Do-more, etc.), Yaskawa, etc., are all loaded on there. All mouse functions seem to work fine on it, and can use either the trackpad or the wireless mouse.

I also have one that's WIN11, with an internal trackpad and a wireless mouse added externally. When working with it, I use the wireless mouse exclusively. That one is my bench laptop. ALL FUNCTIONS are perfectly normal for all softwares, except PS. Once in PS, I lose click functionality. i can single click, and focus moves. Double click is a different story. I have to double click multiple times to get the software to accept the double click. Movement is fine...it's only a double click issue. I had to abandon the wireless mouse, and plug in a wired mouse. I have also disabled the trackpad. IT has tried to resolve the issue (both remotely and on the laptop itself), but finally told me to use the wired mouse.

The 3rd one is a WIN10 machine (needed some older cRockwell on that machine, so WIN10, it is). I get the same results on the WIN10 machine as the WIN11 machine. The problem only happens inside the PS software.

I have been using computers and doing programming since the early 80s, so I'm not a newb on PCs. I have tried everything. My IT department has tried everything. We're only using name brand hardware (e.g., Lenovo, Logitech, etc.). No Temu or Amazon hardware installed. The only way to get everything to work properly is use a wired mouse...and it ONLY happens inside the last 2 Productivity Suite releases.

Anyone else have or seen this issue?
