HI All,
First time posting, I have a really strange issue which involves a DL06, that is populated from left to right with the following cards,
1) NO-10ND3
2) HO-ECOM100
3) F0-4AD2DA-1
4 F0-4AD2DA-1
The problem that occurs randomly only occurs in slot3, the issue is that the analog input just freezes and unplugging the terminal strip the "V" location data does not change, rebooting the CPU fixes it for a short random period of time, I.E 24hours to 4/5 weeks.
Cards have been replaced, then approx 4 weeks later same thing happens, Even replaced the CPU and it was fine for about 6 weeks now the same freezing issue is happening with slot 3.
Each card has 1 VSD Speed and current feedback and a level transmitter "Hydrostatic" with the outputs sending a speed signal to the VSD, I have thought about resorting to isolators on each of teh Hydrostatic level tansmitters, also the level transmitters are both in a common sewerage wetwell.

As a test, you should try swapping each drive signal to the other card/slot. See if the issue remains with slot 3 or follows the circuit.
You might also try moving the ECOM to slot 4 and see if that changes anything. Unfortunately, if it may take over a month for the issue to occur, you wont know immediately.
What is the date code on the PLC and what version FW are you running?
