The first error indicates that your ethernet connection failed.
Are you connecting over ethernet? If so is the ethernet card installed and showing solid LED's on the card?
Have you set an IP address on the drive?

it has been communicating with a CLICK for a few years over my local network. I don’t remember being able to connect laptop and drive via LAN. I had been able to use USB port.
I tried again lately, now neither works.
LEDs at DSP1&3 are orange. DSP 6&7 green
If trying to connect over USB (your implied preference) ensure your Com Port settings in GSoft are set according to the correct protocol, Baud Rate, and Protocol settings.
Check to ensure that the Drive Parameters P09.00 - P09.04 match your entries in the Com Port Settings in GSoft.
If you still have trouble connecting I advise you call our support line at 1-800-633-0405. We can move much faster toward a solution on the phone than on the forum or over emails.

I don’t know how I fat fingered a change to P09.00, but I’m the only one possible, so it had to be me.
