I'm not sure if anyone has come across this with their programs. I ran into this error when working on some updates on an automated cell. I found that my P2-16ND3-1 was only showing 15 inputs, I am not sure how this happened as the program has been running and is still running without issue. I was able to drag and drop a P2-16ND3-1 on the hardware configuration screen, and it refreshed the card to have the 16th input. Seems to be working so far. I just wanted to put this here in case someone else runs into a similar issue.
