Description: I need help with my CPU. I uploaded the Trace example and was running normal last Friday. Before I left I shut down everything including the toggle switch down position and power supply off. Monday I couldn't do nothing. The device is dead that the Firmware app cannot find it. The behavior is when you reboot power red cpu led turn on then back off then another cycle, usb connect and disconnect true these cycles. In the second usb cycle I refresh the firmware app and is able to read the usb device with this mac 60:52:D0:08:02:D2 with a garbage usb address but rapidly disappears so I cannot flash or nothing else. If you haven't already you can try the following:
NOTE: Before powering on make sure the cpu switch is in the stop position.
You may need to do multiple power cycle's and attempts when trying to re-establish connection to the cpu.
If you're able to connect to the cpu do a factory reset with the firmware application or a reset origin with the Codesys software.
Is ethernet configured for dhcp or a static ip?

Yes i Tried all.
The firmware application sees it for a second and then it disappear. When it goes away I can still ping. Is like the watchdog activates and shut all ports. Only ports open are 67 and 68 on usb. It might need a Jtag. Maybe I can return it for a replacement? I tried warranty but they sent me here.

Does CODESYS find it?
Did you create a boot application?
Codesys cannot find it.
I upload Trace example.
I build and loaded to the PLC as is. it was working.
For future reference (doesn't sound like your issue now), you need to create a boot application or it will be lost on power cycle.
That's interesting. If you're seeing "Loading Webvisualization" it means there's a connection to the plc and I would think Codesys software should be able to find it.

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on my side currently. Couple other questions I have.
Is this a new unit and do you know what the configured network settings for the device is?
Having both usb and ethernet cables plugged in, are the led's for both peripherals on or show activity?
