My facility has a 100 HP 124A rated softstart powering a lightly loaded 50 HP motor. The motor is pulling 24 amps at the most. Sometime it pulls less amps.

I am getting 403 Motor Side Phase Loss. I have double checked the disconnect and the motor connections. The motor meggs fine. The amps are 24 on all 3 phases. The coil to coil ohms on the motor are good. Everything looks fine.

From my research the SS is looking at the AMPS and if its below a threshold it will trigger a phase loss alarm.

Is there a way to lower the set point to account for a smaller motor?
