We are pleased to announce the release of Productivity Suite software, version 4.7.2.4

Bug Fixes:

1. Resolved an issue where running software version 4.5.x.x or higher with a P3-622 triggered an E02204 (Base Comm Timeout) error.

2. Fixed an issue where running software version 4.7.x.x with a P3-622 in a P3-08B base caused an E05125 (Base Init Timeout) error.

3. Resolved an issue in which values for 4-character string array Retentive tags would swap during a stop-mode transfer.

4. Px-622: Fixed an issue with projects containing EMSG instruction in a run when called task may cause E01005 error on project transfer.

Known Issues:

1. Due to enhanced project security changes, once a project is downloaded to the CPU with Productivity Suite v4.6 or higher and retentive tags are assigned, transferring the same project with Productivity Suite v4.4 or earlier will erase all retentive tag values.

To capture retentive tag values when reverting from v4.6 to v4.4 (or earlier):

A. In v4.6, Stop Mode transfer to CPU -> choose Copy Current Values and Continue, then save project.

B. In v4.6, export the Tag Database.

C. In v4.4 or older, open the original project and import the exported Tag Database.

D. In v4.4 or older, Stop Mode transfer to CPU -> select Yes when prompted about no retentive tags.

2. The GUI may appear frozen or unresponsive for longer than expected when monitoring near, but not at, the maximum capacity.

3. Using version 4.7.2.x or higher with systems using a P3-08B (rev E or E1) & P3-622 will have a non-critical "E05102 Invalid Base ID" error.
