What causes RTE-121 Action Overflows?

I've got a project running on a CM5-RHMI. It's been running fine for a month or so, but now my customer is seeing RTE-121 Action Overflows at the top of the screen. The only mention I can find about this in the C-More documentation is "The number of actions executed in the event exceeded the maximum number." but that's not particularly helpful. What event? How can I control the number of actions being executed in the event?

      Does the panel's System Screen.Information.Errors indicate any event that would cause this?

      Poking in the dark as I have not experienced this.

      I believe firmware v8.22 solved this issue for me.
