Critical Error: E01200
After transferring a project I got this critical error. I don't see any reference to this code and it is the first time I'm seeing this error after hundreds of program transfers on dozens of P1s.
It also seems to have bricked the program in the process.
Any ideas as to what caused this and/or how to resolve it would be apprecated.
A hard reboot seems to have cleared the error - but I need to know if the CPU is in a compromised state -before we deploy it.
@ SJM JFK, since a reboot seems to have cleared the error, it is likely that the CPU is OK. However, if you can get a system report while online with the CPU and PM it to me, then I can have our development team take a look and give a better assessment.
Due to IP sharing limitations, I can send the files that do not include the project itself. Would that useful? If not, please check with the Dev team on the nature of the error code.
If you are able to share the files without the project, that would be helpful and we will do our best to determine what may have caused the error. The E01200 error code is only likely to occur when there is an error with starting up the CPU.
I'm suspicious that it may be an issue with the profiles feature as I posted a while ago. I just recently thought I'd try it again with this newer project. If that is the case, it's not an issue with the project itself but rather with transferring a project AFTER loading any preset profile.
I hope the limited files will be helpful in resolving the issue.
